How Hindi consultations actually work

In person, by WhatsApp, or by video.

Most Hindi-speaking clients are time-poor — juggling work and family. We work the way clients prefer to work.

In personAt our Brisbane, Darwin, or Gold Coast office. Handwritten notes, documents together on screen, no jargon.
WhatsApp or videoWhatsApp +61 474 600 600. Voice notes in Hindi, typed messages in Hinglish, video meetings when face-to-face helps.
Family conferencesHindi-speaking families often want parents or spouses in the consultation. We accommodate this. Partner visa strategy in particular benefits from both partners being in the room.
NRI cases from IndiaSignificant portion of offshore caseload involves applicants still in India. Entire process run remotely for NRI clients.

Hindi is one of the most commonly spoken languages in Australia's migration pipeline.

The 2021 Census recorded over 185,000 Hindi speakers. That number has grown substantially with student visa arrivals from India continuing to be Australia's single largest source of international students.

Common questions from Hindi-speaking clients

The questions we hear most.

Ask for a Hindi-speaking agent when you book.

Can I bring my parents to Australia under a partner visa?
No. A partner visa only covers the applicant and dependent children. Parents need a separate parent visa (103) or contributory parent visa (143). We explain the realistic timeframes and costs clearly, in Hindi.
My skills assessment came back with less experience than I claimed
Very common for Hindi-speaking skilled migration applicants. Assessing authorities often deduct years for qualifications earned after you started working. We review the deduction, recalculate your points, and consider state nomination options.
Do I need to pay more for a Hindi-speaking agent?
No. Fixed fees by visa type, not by language or complexity of conversation.
Can you help if I only speak Hindi and very little English?
Yes. Consultations fully in Hindi. Evidence prepared in English. ART hearings can use an interpreter arranged by the Tribunal at no cost to you.
Fixed fees. MARA-registered. Hindi-language consultation.
