Brian's practice serves both sides of the Korean-Australian employer sponsorship ecosystem.

Korean business owners sponsoringKorean-owned restaurants, retail, professional services, and other small-to-medium businesses wanting to sponsor overseas workers. Brian handles SBS approval, nomination, and worker visa as one package.
Korean professionalsKorean workers being sponsored by Australian or Korean employers. SID and 186 pathways, with permanent residency through 186 TRT stream after 2 years.
Korean-Australian family membersPartner visas, family stream, parent visas for Korean-Australian families. Brian coordinates with Pragya and Neha where partner specialist input helps.
Students from KoreaStudent visa planning, course selection, and transition to 485 and beyond. Vishal Sharma handles education pathway; Brian handles Korean-language communication.

Employer sponsorship runs on two approvals that must both be right.

The sponsor's business must be an approved sponsor, and the specific position must be an approved nomination. Both need to be in order before the worker's visa application will succeed. Brian handles all three stages (SBS, nomination, visa) as an integrated package to avoid errors that typically appear months later.
