Attention for overseas non-citizens in Australia on Visitor visa
Based on the latest update, the non-citizens who are staying in Australia from past 12 months or more on a visitor visa and planning to apply for visitor visa extension (due to COVID19 travel restrictions imposed on international borders) may be required to provide Australian Federal Police check and overseas police clearance for the countries the applicant stayed for more than 3 months.
In order to meet the 100 point police check evidence for the Australian Federal Police. The applicants who lack inadequate evidence for 100 points of identification can provide a visa grant notice as 70 points of evidence in primary document section.
The visa grant notice can be uploaded in the Australian Citizenship Certificate or Full Birth Certificate (not Extract) section.
